Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy Overview:

            At Cottonways, we try hard to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.  Most of the items we sell are returnable (generally with a small Restocking Fee).  In order for you to be eligible for a refund, please follow the following guidelines.

REFUNDS:
You may return any item within 30 days of purchase for store credit. All returns must be accompanied by your receipt and with original tags still attached. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error or a product defect.

ONLINE REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

 The merchandise must be returned to us in its original condition and it must be able to be restocked in NEW CONDITION within 30 days.  Exchanges: Please Include clear instructions, address and phone number, as well as a $6 check for repeated shipping. Any and All Returns, are subject to 10% restocking charge deducted from the return amount. Shipping costs are not refunded. If free shipping is received due to a minimum order requirement and a return of or partial return of order results in the order no longer meeting minimum requirements for free shipping, a shipping charge of $7 plus $1 for each additional item shipped with the original order will be deducted from the portion being refunded in addition to any restocking fees.
